We do sell to all 50 U.S. States with some exceptions. This includes magazine capacity-restricted states. We are working to obtain 10-round Glock 17 magazines to ship with these pistols to those states. We ship to California with the Law Enforcement exception for this firearm. We will not ship this firearm for regular purchases to California as this firearm is not on the current California DOJ-approved Handgun Roster.
