At Honey Badger Haus, LLC, we ensure prompt and secure shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.
1. General Shipping Information We offer shipping within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Honey Badger Haus, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Firearms, NFA Items, and Serialized Items All firearms, NFA items, and serialized items will ship to a Federally Licensed (FFL) Dealer. The purchaser is responsible for contacting Honey Badger Haus, LLC, with the contact information and/or a copy of their preferred FFL's license.
8. Shipping Restrictions Honey Badger Haus, LLC does not export firearms, parts, or accessories outside the United States. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of weapons and other restricted items. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are legal to own and receive in their location. Honey Badger Haus, LLC will not ship restricted items, firearms, accessories, etc., to states that do not allow these items. The exception to this policy is when Law Enforcement credentials are provided at the time of purchase.
9. Firearms Shipping to California Honey Badger Haus, LLC ships firearms to California. This requires the guns to be on the California Department of Justice-approved handgun Roster. For off-roster firearm purchases, the purchaser must hold valid Law Enforcement credentials.
10. Once an Item is Shipped Once an item is shipped, it is out of the hands of Honey Badger Haus, LLC on arrival dates and times.
11. Shipping Carriers Honey Badger Haus, LLC ships all items via USPS or UPS. Currently, the entire website offers free shipping for all purchases, and users limit the choice of carrier used for shipping to Honey Badger Haus, LLC for cost-effectiveness. It is the responsibility of the user/purchaser to request a signature requirement for shipments to residential addresses if it is not a regulated or serialized item.
12. Order Processing Time We process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons. We will notify you of any delays.
13. Expedited Shipping We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. These options will be available during checkout.
14. Insurance Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost for all items. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please get in touch with us.
15. Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipment carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
16. Signature Requirements Upon delivery, a signature is required for all regulated and serialized items. Customers may request a signature requirement for non-regulated items by contacting us.
17. Address Verification Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
18. Multiple Shipments Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.
19. Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us to request a cancellation. A restocking fee may apply.
