Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Honey Badger Haus, LLC Effective Date: March 3, 2025

At Honey Badger Haus, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns You have 15 calendar days from the arrival of the item purchased to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All items returned are subject to a flat rate 30% restocking fee.

3. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable for a refund, including:

  • Used firearms

  • Ammunition

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Firearms that have been transferred from the dealer to the user using ATF 4473 Form (transfer of a firearm)

5. Exchanges All new firearms are covered under factory warranty. Honey Badger Haus, LLC will work with the customer on the return and repair and/or provide the customer with the proper information needed to have warranty work conducted on their purchases.

6. Firearm Returns If a new firearm was purchased and has not been transferred from FFL to the customer via 4473 Form, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transfer fees to Honey Badger Haus, LLC. A flat rate 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount due back to the customer.

7. Proof of Condition Customers must provide proof of the item's condition before returning it, such as photos or videos, to prevent fraudulent claims.

8. Return Authorization Customers must contact Honey Badger Haus, LLC for return authorization before sending back any items. This ensures that all necessary information is collected and the return process is streamlined.

9. Time Frame for Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

10. Restocking Fees A flat rate 30% restocking fee applies to all items purchased.

11. Exceptions to the Return Period Seasonal or clearance items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

12. Customer Responsibility for Damage Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

13. International Returns International returns must comply with all applicable customs regulations, and the customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

14. Non-Returnable Items Expansion Non-returnable items also include customized or personalized items and perishable goods.

15. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or damage not covered by the warranty.
